D365 Business Central and OneCore

OneCore is a core solution for leasing and loan companies built on powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  

All the functionality of Business Central can be used with OneCore, including all Business Central Extensions and Connectors.

OneCore uses the following functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

Fixed Assets

  • Reclassify fixed assets, transfer fixed assets to different locations, and split up or combine assets.    
  • Adjust values of fixed assets, post-appreciation, and post-write-down transactions.
  • Calculate depreciation, post depreciation, and analyze depreciation in fixed assets reports.    
  • Post disposal transactions, view disposal ledger entries, and post partial disposals.    
  • Manage fixed asset budgets, budget acquisition costs, budget disposals of fixed assets, and budget depreciation.

Items

  • Physical things, such as bicycles, telephones, and desks, for which you want to be able to use all inventory processes. This can also include non-physical items, such as software licenses and subscriptions, if the items have identification numbers, such as serial numbers. You can fully track item values and availability in inventory.
  • Typically, non-inventory items are physical things, such as bolts or pens, that a business consumes but does not want to fully track in inventory. For example, because they're low-cost items and are only used internally.
  • A labor time unit, such as a consultancy hour, for limited business support.
