As an associate member we were very pleased to accept the invitation to a joint meeting on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Association of Leasing Companies of the Slovak Republic.
Right at the beginning, we were interested in a panel discussion on the topic of the biggest challenges of leasing in the future, which we are currently intensively involved in.
We confirmed our observation that the trend today is a gradual retreat of ownership to leasing and it is only a matter of time before operating leasing becomes a dominant product in Slovakia as well. The upcoming generation is already losing the need to own things and perceiving new market opportunities such as car sharing. That is why we believe that the digitalization of services and simplification of the customer journey is a priority in the coming years.
This pleasant evening was attended by many important personalities not only from the leasing world and the whole meeting was accompanied by a very pleasant atmosphere.
Many members of the Association of Leasing Companies of the Slovak Republic are already our business partners, so we welcomed the opportunity to spend time in informal discussions outside the meeting room.
We agree with the main idea and message of the meeting, that the leasing world continues to be built on well-established relationships and trust, and we are happy to be there.
