UniCredit Factoring uses Business Central to do business in the field of receivables financing in Central Europe. The main goals of the project were setting up functionalities for managing finances and accounting, communicating with the bank, and managing the invoicing process. An important aspect of the implementation was also interconnection with the company's existing trading system. The project also involved the transfer of data from the original system and user testing, which helped smoothen the process of bringing the solution live.
The project was concluded successfully and went live on 3rd January 2022. We would be remiss not to highlight the seamlessness of collaborating with UniCredit Factoring, which greatly facilitated the smooth deployment of the system.

"Aiming to reduce and change up a number of outdated applications and, chiefly, to improve the efficiency of internal processes, in 2021 UniCredit Factoring launched a project for implementing the Business Central accounting module.
In collaboration with SOLITEA, we managed within a very short time to prepare not just the new environment but also conditions for successfully migrating data and implementing new, accounting processes specific to our factoring business. The new Business Central application, which we've been actively using since 1st January 2022, has not only improved the efficiency of the accounting process but also brought other internal synergies between processes related to factoring financing of our clients."
