By completing a Survey with the customer, you can find out what the customer's goals, problems and wishes are about the product or service we offer them. Subsequently, we can evaluate the questionnaire together and propose a solution that is most suitable for the customer's needs.
How to use the questionnaire?
- The first option is to open the questionnaire in our online Forms and fill it out online with the customer
- The second option is to download the questionnaire in MS Word or MS Excel
- After completing the questionnaire, you reach out to Adam to schedule a meeting.
- During the meeting, you will collectively evaluate the questionnaire and determine the next steps to take.
