I have led numerous implementations and am currently responsible for the development of OneCore products, where I focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I believe that the key to success lies in a deep understanding of processes and their smart management using modern technologies.

At OneCore, I serve as Sales & Partner Manager, focusing on developing our partner network and fostering long-term collaborations. I combine my sales experience with a focus on relationships, trust, and clear communication.

I help companies in the finance and leasing sectors simplify complex processes using the OneCore solution on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

I have over 8 years of experience managing international projects—from analysis through to successful deployment. I bridge the gap between business and IT and translate customer needs into functional solutions.
I have led projects in several CEE countries, including greenfield implementations, migrations, and transitions to SaaS. I have over 10 successful go-live projects under my belt.

I work as a Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in software development and system architecture. I am one of the key developers of the OneCore platform for lease and finance management.

I specialize in designing scalable solutions, optimizing financial processes, and integrating systems. I have been involved in the creation of OneCore from the initial designs through to international implementations, and I continue to lead its technological development.

I am a financial consultant and analyst who bridges the worlds of finance, product management, and modern technology. At OneCore, I serve as a product specialist in the finance division and lead an artificial intelligence team focused on digitization, the automation of internal processes, and the development of product innovations - my work also includes reporting and data analytics, such as building solutions in Power BI. I studied finance and business economics and gained experience through local and international implementations, where I participated in process analysis, solution design, and their practical deployment.

In my work, I draw on the principles of Tomáš Baťa—an emphasis on responsibility, practicality, and continuous improvement. I believe that technology should bring real value to companies and help people work smarter, not harder.

I am a business analyst with many years of experience in financial solutions, specializing in leasing and factoring. For over 10 years, I have been helping to design and implement solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and IT.

I focus on simplifying processes, identifying cost savings, and designing automation that brings real value to day-to-day operations.
