The history of Business Lease dates back to 1989. Currently, it is one of the most important leasing companies engaged in operating leasing not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Since January 2023, all activities and processes of the leasing company Business Lease in the Czech Republic have been operating in the Seyfor OneCore system, which is part of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The main part of the implementation was a basic backoffice system for managing customers, contracts and accounting operations. The entire project also included the OneCore Business Portal web application. In this application, dealers create and send quotes to their customers; they can configure cars of all brands in real time.
"The deployment of our OneCore Business Central system in the Czech Republic is the first step so far for our customer in the field of digitalisation. Immediately after the processes with the new system have been stabilized, we plan to implement OneCore in the form of rollouts to other countries and will start in Slovakia in the coming weeks," added Daniel Vaněk, Team Leader of SeyFor OneCore.
A key part of the project was real-time reporting, which; enhances management's ability to plan and make strategic decisions. Digitalization of processes enabled sustainable document handling. Most processes are "paperless", compared to the legacy system.
Compared to the legacy system, OneCore allows significantly more work options in tire shops. The new claims management helps Business Lease to automate processes and centralise claims data while tracking open cases in real time without user intervention.
By developing a web-based online calculator application and linking it to the core OneCore system, we achieved a simplified and faster quote approval process. Vendors can now send multiple quote variations to their customers at once without having to manually enter information into different fields each time.

An essential part of this was our on-site and online support for key users, beyond developing customizations for the customer, where we mainly helped with setup, training and support in migrating data from the original system to our OneCore.
