We have won a prestigious award in the global Best Managed Companies programme (BMC).
For the fourth time in the Czech Republic, this programme honoured companies with perfectly established processes, which are a prerequisite for good corporate management and represent the highest standards of quality and performance. 29 Czech companies received the award, 8 of them for the first time, including Seyfor.
Seyfor's entire management team worked on the application for the award with the help of Deloitte consultants, who guided the company through the entire structure and logic of the input information. The interviews and labs showed that Seyfor knows where it is strong and is deliberately focusing on these areas. Its ambition to have a significant market share and to maintain its position at the top of the market is supported by a predatory acquisition strategy as well as good management and structure.
At the end of 2022, our company completed several years of transformation with a complete rebranding to become Seyfor, Solitea, which has the ambition to become a leading provider of software solutions for companies of all sizes throughout Europe. At the same time, the company's structure of independent business units supported by a central brand has proved its worth.
The Best Managed Companies title is awarded for well-established processes that are a prerequisite for good corporate governance, particularly in four key areas: strategy and communication, productivity and innovation, culture and brand, and management and finance.
