What is new in OneCore?

1. AI-Powered Copilot for OneCore and OneCore Apps
   
   Say hello to the future of productivity! The first version of the Copilot is now available for OneCore and OC Apps. This smart assistant will help you simplify more complex tasks, automate processes and gain access to practical overviews. Regardless of whether you manage loans, leases or rentals, the Copilot is here to make your life easier.

2. Late payments and cash flow forecasting
   
   Be one step ahead of financial risks and forecast late payments and cash flows thanks to our new AI-driven tools. These features provide practical insights that will help you make informed decisions and ensure smooth financial operations.

3. Integration with CEBIA for insurance companies
   
   For our Czech users, we have completed the integration of the Cebia extension, which enables flawless interconnection with insurance companies via CEBIA. This improvement simplifies processes and ensures compliance with local requirements.

4. Client Zone – New product
   
   We are introducing a new brand product: The Client Zone! Although it is still in its early stages, this product promises to revolutionise how you communicate with your clients and offers a streamlined, user-friendly interface for managing agreements and services within the operating lease and fleet management product. 1. Copilot for OC Apps
   
   The power of AI is reaching OC Apps as well! The feature is designed to make navigating between features easier and to improve overall operating efficiency.

2. Innovation in legal forms: Simpler agreement management
   
   We are improving your experience with legal forms! The new update brings:

• New field on the contact card: You can choose from three options: Legal person, Natural person: Entrepreneur or Natural person: Non-entrepreneur.
• Read field on the customer card: Automatically displays the legal form chosen on the contact card.
• Wizard for new leases and finance leases: A List of available customers is filtered based on the chosen legal form.
• Agreement documents: Documents are automatically assigned based on the legal form of the customer.
• Customer conversion: Transfer agreements only to customers with the same legal form as the original agreement.

These changes simplify agreement management and ensure compliance with legislation

3. Proper agreement termination
   
   Goodbye to manual errors and inefficiencies in agreement management! New features ensure that agreements are terminated correctly and efficiently every day.

This version also upgrades OneCore and OC Apps to the same version as Business Central (2025 Release Wave 1).
