In mid-2020, we were approached by Swedish company IMH Finans AB, which was interested in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central information system accompanied by our OneCore Loans App app. The customer intends to use the application for their business in the field of providing credit for purchasing real estate, financing acquisitions, etc.
Based on the customer’s specific needs, the project also involved modification of the app and some of its features, such as Aliquot Instalments or Credit Notes as well as contractual document management through the Continia solution.
It was a difficult project from an analytical perspective, as the systems were implemented directly without assistance from the Swedish Microsoft partner. We also successfully navigated the impact of differences in Swedish accounting legislation on the modifications, and the system including the OneCore Loans App app went live in March 2021. We are proud of this accomplishment, particularly since the entire project was realized ONLINE.

OneCore Loans App is an application built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provides fundamental processes for credit companies.
